Terms of delivery
These terms and conditions apply to the use of website in berryfect.com domain. If you want to use this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from (in other words, stop) using this website.
All products in this website are sold by Nordic Vitality Oy with business ID (Business Identity Code) 24540319.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on berryfect.com website. Your continued use of this website following such notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions, as amended.
Any order placed on berryfect.com is deemed to be an order and you agree these terms and conditions applied to all products on berryfect.com website.
Any order placed on berryfect.com will be automatically confirmed by email including all costs (product costs, delivery costs), list of all products ordered and customer information.
We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any products, an error in the price or the description of goods, or an error in your order.
Prices of products and delivery and other charges displayed on berryfect.com website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. All prices displayed include taxes.
In addition to the price payable, you are responsible for any other taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any products acquired or ordered by you from berryfect.com website.
Credit card (Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard)
For payment with credit cards, charge happens in real time, through the payment gateway. We use secure payment system of leading financial entities in electronic commerce in order to keep up maximum security of the payment (SSL technology). We do not have access to your credit card numbers and they will not be saved on our database, not even temporarily.
In order to pay the Products with a Visa Electron card, the Verified by Visa service for online payments must be activated. Our webshop verifies all the credit card transactions before we deliver the products. We reserve the right to reject any order if we have not been able to verify the credit card transaction.
Payment service provider
PayPal acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. PayPal will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and PayPal will forward the payment to the merchant.
PayPal is an authorized Payment Institution. For reclamations, please contact the website you made your payment to.
Klarna Ab (SE556737-0431) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.
Orders are delivered by the method selected by you during the checkout steps on berryfect.com.
Orders are being handled and mailed every business day and as a result most of the orders are sent on the very same day they are placed.
Please note that your order gets delivered by your local post services. Because of this your order may arrive directly to address you have given when placing an order or you may have to pick it up from the nearest post office to you.
Approximate delivery times (weekends and holidays are excluded):
Nordic countries: 2-6 work days
Rest of Europe: 2-6 work days
Rest of the world: 7-30 days
Time for delivery is an estimate only and we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage as a result or consequence of any failure to deliver or delay in delivery. You shall not be relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for products by reason of any delay in delivery. If you request us to deliver purchased products directly to another person, that person takes possession of the products for you as your agent, but you remain directly responsible under these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to deliver different products ordered in the same time separately.
INABILITY TO DELIVER DUE TO PURCHASER
If, due to any act, omission or default by you, we are unable to deliver any products to you at the time that the products are due to be delivered, you agree to reimburse us for all reasonable costs incurred for storing, securing and insuring the products until such time as the products are delivered or re-delivered to you.
All costs under the above clause will be calculated for the period commencing on the date on which any products would have been delivered but for your act, omission or default, and finishing on the date on which the products are subsequently delivered or re-delivered.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If we are or may be unable to deliver within a reasonable time or at all, the order may be cancelled In the event of cancellation you shall have no claim against us for any damage, loss, cost or expense whatsoever.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SEND THE PRODUCTS BACK TO US WITHOUT NOTICE. In accordance with Finland’s Consumer Protection Act the consumer has the right to return or exchange the products purchased by distance selling within 14 days. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it or exchange it to another product within 14 days.
If the product is returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition (ie not worn), we will replace the product or refund you the purchase price at our discretion.
If the product is not returned in original packaging and/or not in a resalable condition (ie not worn), it is at our discretion as to whether the product will be replaced/refunded or returned to you without replacement.
Refunding is made to the bank account given by you. If you want to exchange the product, new product is being shipped after we have received the one you want to exchange. We do not accept items for return or exchange after 14 days from the delivery.
You must notify us in advance about the customer return or exchange either by e-mail at email@example.com or by using contact form. Please provide a short description of the fault or problem with product(s), attach your name, address, phone number, bank account information (if needed) and a copy of the order confirmation / shipment list (if needed). It’s important that you ask a receipt of the return shipment from your local post office.
We will not be held responsible for damage caused to product by misuse or poor care.
If you are returning products, please ensure it’s clearly marked on the customs declaration that the products contained in the package are “Returns” to the seller to prevent the package incurring customs charges. If the products are not marked as “Returns” and Nordic Vitality Oy incurs a customs charge, we may refuse to accept delivery of the products unless the cost is met by you.
Please check the condition of the products you have ordered as soon as they arrive. Do not hesitate to immediately report us in case of incorrect, missing or dagamed product. Do this by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of defected product the responsibility of Nordic Vitality Oy is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.
